At Optimum we believe in Optimum results: A 'hands-on' approach is what people want and gets people better, quicker. We always try and supplement this with a specific exercise program to ensure optimum results and hopefully, less chance of a recurrence.

teamNo-one likes to have pain, so at Optimum we focus on relieving that pain as quickly as possible. At your first appointment we will provide physical treatment to work towards providing you with immediate pain relief. We can help address pain issues with a range of approaches including soft tissue massage, hands on therapy, joint mobilisations, dry needling, and manipulations. For sustained relief it is also important that you can apply self-management strategies and effective taping techniques at home. We take the time to clearly explain what your diagnosis is and what you need to do at home to support your treatment.

At Optimum Clinic our team aims to provide you with an exceptional experience. We provide excellent assessments, take the time to listen to your experience, and ensure you understand your condition so you can confidently manage treatment at home. We maintain a close relationship with the referring GPs and work hand in hand to provide you with the best outcome. In partnership with your GP, we will manage your condition including a medication review if required. Our staff are genuinely caring people with a vested interest in people’s well-being. Meet some of them below.
